TellSignal filters noisy public Form 4 filings into clean, explainable insider transaction signals.
Stop scrolling raw filings. TellSignal highlights the insider activity that may actually deserve a closer look.
Raw Form 4 filings are noisy
Most insider filings are option exercises, tax withholdings, grants, gifts, or planned 10b5-1 trades — not conviction. They drown out the handful of filings that might genuinely matter.
What TellSignal does
We parse every Form 4, deterministically classify each transaction, and surface only clean open-market purchases with strong context — ranked by an explainable conviction score.

How scoring works
Each transaction is scored deterministically across seven dimensions, then combined into a 0–100 conviction score.
Why purchases are filtered carefully
Not every Form 4 with a "P" transaction code is meaningful. We separate clean open-market purchases from option exercises, grants, awards, tax-withholding dispositions, gifts, and derivative activity before anything is scored or surfaced.
